SHIPPING & RETURNS
Not that you'll need to return!
You will have 30 days from the date of purchase in which to request refund.
To request a return just email us at support@tukoclothing.com and let us know. Or if you have been provided with a returns form then simply send it back to us. You will have to post the item back to us and once we receive it you will be sent a full refund. Please make sure when returning to us you provide tracking information so we both know where the item is during delivery.
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail with a full track and trace system in place to give you full control over your delivery.
We aim to fulfil and dispatch all orders within 5 working days. However, please note this may increase to around 15 working days during our busiest periods. No orders are dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays. Once your order is dispatched you will be issued with a tracking number to track your order via the Royal Mail website.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect. We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.

Please do note, minimal fees and taxes maybe due at the border. Failure to settle these may result in return/seizure of the goods, additional costs may occur in relation to this. We are not liable for any of these charges and can do nothing to influence/alter the value.
Damaged Products:
We've gone through countless hours of quality control testing and found that under normal use, even after months of wear, our clothes will not get ripped nor torn. Hence, we are not liable for any products that are damaged (ie. ripped, torn, broken) after being worn, therefore we do not refund/exchange/replace if it's due to customer's negligence.
