Do we ship worldwide?
To answer a common question: Yes! We ship worldwide! However, please read the following if you are an international customer. Due to COVID-19 and striking action, shipping can be delayed as the companies are working on getting back on track. We use Royal Mail to ship the majority of our orders.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES ARE NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. It may be beneficial for you to check on your countries fees for international imports before ordering as we do not cover those costs.
How Often do you do new drops?
We aim to release new designs every 2-3 months so that we have time to make everything perfect for you guys.
You can subscribe to our mailing list in which we send out reminders for drops and restocks.
I have an issue with my order what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived or moved at all for a while, you accidentally put in the wrong information, your order has arrived, but you got the wrong item, or are missing an item, please email us at support@tukoclothing.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Remember, the post office isn’t perfect and neither are we, so your patience and understanding is deeply appreciated! We want you all to receive your orders just as much as you want to get them so don’t hesitate in contacting us if there is an issue :)
